Congratulations on your Nomination!

If you've found your way to this page, that means one of our High-Performing Leaders sees something impressive in you. Some of the characteristics required to join this carefully curated team include inspirational vision, lived integrity, the desire to lead by example, and the humility to give and accept development. The motivational truth that unites the 2024 High-Performing Leaders is what led one of them to consider you for this prestigious honor. As crafted by them, it reads:

We believe our true North will empower passion, hope, & purpose to forge resilience.

In 2024, more than 150 organizational leaders applied for consideration into the inaugural cohort of Leading High-Performance Cultures. We selected 10. The exclusivity is purposeful. The organizations we select have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn how to lead their people on the journey to a high-performing culture.

  1. We begin with a Current State Culture Analysis
  2. We then discover the leader's unique why statement - the motivational reason behind a lifelong refining process that prepares them for this moment.
  3. Leaders come together on Mackinac Island in Michigan to learn together & receive coaching from our current cohort.
  4. Monthly after the summit, the cohort meets for two hours to check-in, provide support, share best practices, and more.
  5. The work begins.

The selection process begins January 1, includes an interview with our director and the 2024 cohort, and closes February 28. If you would like to be considered for the 2025 cohort, please schedule time with our project's director, Dr. Renee Thornton. Her calendar is linked HERE.

We are honored to lead together building work teams that are motivated by a complementary duty to each other, our agencies, and the communities we serve. The 2024 cohort selections include:
