Our lives continue to bring more stressful experiences into the day. More than we realize, we need to intentionally provide our bodies what they need to instantly resolve pent up tension and flexibly carry us through long hours with grace.
Every other Tuesday, we’ll practice a new stress relieving skill, learning which of the eight dimensions of wellbeing each one influences and how we can activate it on demand. These exercises can be used by beginners and experts with ease, so please give your mind, body, and attitude the benefit of adding these tools to your self-care toolkit. I hope to see you here!
