A veteran and pioneer in public safety wellness, Dr. Renee Thornton founded Pathfinder Resilience after her research revealed the powerful impact that tailored therapeutic training has on eliminating mental health stigma in emergency service agencies. From there, Dr. Renee has tailored her resources to the unique characteristics of high-performing cultures.
